I really like the ability to integrate with tools like Google Drive, Trello, Jotform, and Zoom. I also enjoy the ability to personalize it with themes, etc. The only thing is that you always need to check the box for a reply in a thread to also be shown in the chat. It would be great if we could choose the visibility of replies to a threat default.
