We've all been there, so you should know there's a light at the end of the tunnel. Before you give up on investing, I want you to know that when I thought all was lost “VALOR HACK RECOVERY TEAM” Retrieved my frozen Asset from a shady investment company. At the end of the day I have to agree to the fact that I was greedy. I wasn’t looking for an investment that would make a fair rate of return or would make money in a reasonable amount of time. I was looking for the big score. I wanted double, triple or even ten times my investment. I let greed overcome my better judgment and made an investment mistake that damaged all I have ever built, sending me down a road that I never thought I’d ever walk in my life. I found myself at a crossroads of a failed investment and being poor, I opted to never give up on my investment I involved and pulled all the strings necessary and “VALOR HACK RECOVERY TEAM “ was introduced to me. Their expertise is something to brag about and if you ever find yourself in an unsure situation, you fear your assets is at risk contact “VALOR TEAM” immediately !

NEVER USE!!!!
So to make a story short…
I got scammed by trading with a scam block chain. Lost my money due to this.
Shakepay then block me, so I ask why… it takes them Days and Days to investigate. They then say they banned my account from shakepay and me forever!!!! WTF
Tried to get info on what might of happened. No clear answere.
They point blanc abandon their clients when there seems to be a problem.
NEVER WILL I RECOMMEND!!!!
If only you guys could see our conversations!!!

Take time to look at reviews… 2 and 3 years ago all seems fine, after that everyone seems to have problems with service. And it seems that there also seems to be problems with prices.
Anyways. Please look at other possibilities!
I was forced to use Shakepay to pay for an online order as per the companies directions. I created an account and loaded my funds. Shakepay blocked me from using my funds to make my purchase and ignored me for 4 days, until i finally returned my funds into my account and had to not make the purchase. I sent dozens of messages through email and their online chat however was continuously ignored, then a one message daily response from them , always a question that didnt seem relevant or to address my issues. I still have not received a reason as to why they blocked my transactions and have been unable to have a conversation with any of them. 4 days and counting. I leave 1 star because 0 stars is not an option

Please do not use Shakepay. Their security team googles information and basis their finding on those informations. What a joke. I call them glorified security guards, no offence to security guards. Poor customer sevice, it takes days and weeks to solve issues if any. I would rather pay higher fees and get goid customer service and be able to trsde then paying lower fees, my money being held hostage and be told how and when to sell my crypto. They forced me to close my account.

Where do I start! The support team is really slow and takes days to fix one issue you have. And whoever is managing this shake pay needs to work on their app and their customer service skills. I would give it 1/10 stars.

These guys are shysters, they must be part of the Canadian government because you literally can't do anything on their app. I downloaded the app, sent some money to their exchange and then tried to send money to another exchange - which they locked my assets and then started asking personal questions about my intentions. I answered all of their nosy questions quickly and it took them OVER 1 WEEK to reply to my questions. When they replied they told me that they've deleted my account and I can no longer use their services. Total junk company - welcome to the most heavily censored and regulated country in the world - Canada. Don't use Shakepay EVER unless you want to miss out on cryto opportunities and have a big brother regulate your life. On their support page they say, "You are our top priority" - which is a total lie. YOU COME LAST with these shysters... Seriously, I'd rather deal with Royal Bank.
