This company has really let me down with their recent changes. I used to be a happy customer, but now I'm just frustrated. They messed up transferring my money to the right bank account and didn't bother to keep me informed about approved claims.
Mistakes can happen, but it's how they handle them that matters. I've been using their insurance for over a year, and somehow, they sent the money to the wrong account, even though my bank details hadn't changed for years. What's worse, they didn't even contact me about it. I had to reach out to their support, and that's when the confusion started. The issue was escalated multiple times and initially said they fixed the problem, approved my claims, and sent the payment on Friday, but now I'm hearing that it's not done. It's a total mess and it's taking months...
This whole situation makes me wonder how much they care about their customers and whether they can actually fix the problems they've created.
All of this just leaves me deeply disappointed and infuriated by their service.
