The worst experience we had with this platform ever! from onboarding contractors to paying them. It's been 1 month our contractors are not being paid and lost their trust and relationship due to this platform. Their support team really sucks, they know nothing about their product and respond after ages.
Furthermore their sales representative granted us 50% discount on their service charges initially just to onboard us on this platform which they denied later on despite showing them email proofs and charged us full amount. If someone from the Remote team is reading this feedback, you must pay attention to your sales and support team critically.
I believe remote work has the potential to increase flexibility and productivity, while reducing overhead costs for businesses, although it may also present challenges in terms of team collaboration and maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
I've had a wonderful experience with the platform. It's got a really amazing UX, customer support is great, and the product continues to keep moving forward in amazing new ways!
