Congratulations on the launch @elizakarelina!!! Really neat tool that seems to have use cases all over the place. I am curious (Beyond price) what separates this from an internal tool like they have integrated with .. for example Intercom?
There are some products like this in my collection, I think it's a great idea to implement such a product in support service. I will compare and definitely try it in our first business
A very convenient system for automating work with tickets. One of the coolest features is ChatGPT: you can briefly describe your thought, and the AI will generate a detailed response that you can edit. The product has a user-friendly interface and plenty of integration options which is also amazing.

I think we won't see any non-Chatgpt chatbots soon, so its only natural. I think Pulsedesk is a great product as it's on the simple side of things - easy to setup and operate. Best of luck!
