I've filled the form on your website, left a comment on Twitter and sent you a DM on instagram. Since I have not heard back, I wanted to know what is the best way to reach you guys???
They just want to take your money. Downloads are not unlimited even though you are paying for a monthly plan so if you make mistakes and just realize after exporting you will have to pay extra. I wish I never knew this app
DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS SERVICE. The website hasn't been updated in years and customer support is non existent (they completely ignore you!) Image quality is terrible once you download it so the service is completely useless. Beware of adding your credit card. The owner is a total scammer.
This has to be the worse platform iove used for mockups. After sinking 4 hours into making an app promo video hours before my launch. The stupid thing brke down, text boxes cant be seen because it randomly adjusted everything to the top of the box, making text invisible. I can't stress how shitty this wensite site is enough. Would not recommend
Very bad experience, no one responds to you, yet they are willing to take your money very quickly. I used this for a week and the exports did not come out as expected. I paid to export more videos and they upgraded me to a yearly subscription. You can only cancel within 14 days of taking out the subscription. No confirmation email, nothing. After several dm's, email's they eventually replied saying that they don't offer refunds, so now I have a yearly subscription to a very bad, shady company.
