I gave Potis AI a try, and it’s honestly a fantastic solution. The AI assistant comes up with questions based on my criteria. Behavioral interviews are super important for figuring out if a candidate’s the right fit, but doing them manually takes a lot of time. Potis AI makes it so much easier by creating case studies and questions you can use to evaluate candidates. Plus, the user interface is clean and super easy to navigate.

Love it! Very promising. I would like to see the product in action via a demo video to make sure I'm optimizing my inputs. I will definitely use Potis AI again when we hire our next engineer.
