An attempt to cooperate with this company in Georgia began with complete ignorance on the part of the company’s employees. The impression was that the company's employees were not at all interested in the fact that the company had clients who could bring them good money.
My company in the USA works with stripe, has a large volume of card transactions and a good reputation. Due to the fact that many users are from Europe, to reduce costs we decided to try working with payze through our company in Georgia.
More than 10 days have passed since sending the application and we are faced with complete disregard. No feedback, no information, no requests. And after trying to start communicating with them, you understand that it is better to overpay a 1% stripe for processing payments on cards from outside the USA than to contact such a “customer-oriented” company.
Don’t trust them with your money, we went through activation for more than a month, they ignored us for weeks, incompetent employees do not understand e-commerce at all, they answered us with the same stereotypes.
The activation process is chaotic, first they say that you are activated and ask you to transfer money, only then they start collecting information about you and your business.
As a result, they collected all confidential information about our company including financial data, contracts, detailed information about our business and simply began to ignore, if they are not interested in you, they simply will not answer you.
I do not advise! If you have a problem or lose money, they simply will not answer you!
Very poor organisation. Sent them an application to connect their service, sent them all important information about the company and specific details. In the application it was written - wait 5-7 working days for review. After 1 month of silence from them, now I can't even log in to the service to see my status. I do not recommend to cooperate with them and waste your time!
