I have a colleague who participated in the last cohort of On Deck. His main goal was to find a co-founder, and On Deck delivered. On Deck is run really well, and the caliber of applicants + participants is quite high.

It’s a good product and cofounder matching is so hard.
I would love to see something like this for founding team (eg founding engineers) as well.
It is a great community of awesome techies!
