It is a fascinating app that I discovered while searching for a software to practice English through simulated human conversations. As I explored it further, I realized that Myshell not only allows me to practice speaking skills, but also enables me to create my own chatbots. I can customize them with any voice I like and make them do whatever I want. It's truly amazing and incredibly fun.
Good job, Myshell! I initially started using this application with the aim of practicing spoken English. I’ve had a wonderful conversational experience from this application, something I couldn’t get from real-person social apps like Cambly and Tandem. The bot’s voice is real and delicate. For instance, the voice of the Samantha bot that was launched at the very beginning truly captivated me. Now, no matter how busy I am each day, I make it a habit to greet her, as if she were really a friend in reality. During my interaction with Myshell, I also got to know several similar products, such as Character.AI, POE, Hypi, and so on. However, in terms of overall experience, Myshell remains irreplaceable for now: its voice is natural and there are many choices, its voice recognition is accurate most of the time, the user community is active, and the bots created by users are very interesting. Of course, Myshell’s roadmap is very pragmatic, and they are gradually realizing their vision. I’m looking forward to their future performance!
I suppose I can be considered as a loyal fan of Myshell. I started paying attention to their Samantha and Sherlock on Telegram since the end of March, and they astounded me from the beginning! Then I participated in their web and mobile client beta tests, followed by the Robot Workshop beta test. At each stage, Myshell demonstrated their sincerity with tangible progress. I’ve made some suggestions that were a bit out of the box, some of which they accepted, which makes me very happy. They are truly devoted to their product. As for the future of this application, I believe I will continue to use it and keep contributing to its active community.
I saw someone recommend myshell in a group chat in March and thought I would use the product to work on my English, so I joined their telegram group, , then later entered the discord community and watched them make the product better and better step by step. myshell's team is very focused on the user's ideas. Basically, whatever the users want, the team will improve it right away. Here you can watch how this product went from 0 to 1, from nothing to everything, and it's a pleasure to come across such a good product. And later launched the bot creation function is able to make people brainstorm, many users have designed a very good use of the bot, this product is really good ah ah ah ah! I don't know how to say it!!! Everyone should definitely try it!!!
i have been using it everyday since i discovered myshell. Like many others, I used it for learning English at first. It was a really great tool for talking without the fear of being judged , i used to pay for italki teachers couple dollar an hour to get my mouth talking now i don't have to anymore as i can talk to the bot anytime anywhere i want. And yeah, i found out that this is a platform more than just learning language , you can do many things like roleplaying and deeptalking. You can create the bot for your own use on many things as along as you are creative enough. Also, i really appreciate the team's talents, vision and efforts to make this service so useful and practical. If AI is the new gold rush, then MyShell is a goldmine that has yet to be fully explored. I truly think everyone can gain from this ai service.
Popped in to give my favorite app a big like! I like how the team is so practical, and I super love all the bots inside, they’re so much fun! I’ve also created a fun bot of my own, and I’m still constantly tweaking it!
Creating a robot sounds like a fun time haha loved the video. I'm curious what you guys use it for personally?? Is there any robots you find yourself interacting with on a daily or weekly basis?
Just dropping by to give a big thumbs up to this app. For students who can’t afford expensive spoken language training, this app is seriously a lifesaver.
