Sadly, it's a tool that seems very convenient on the surface. But only if you don't require that some feature for integration like the webhooks, or "verified timetamps" be properly documented.
Specifically don't count on certified timestamps (RFC3161 or NOM151 if you have this legal requirement for Mexico) because it's completely broken: 1st) they dump in a textarea the binary timestamp therefore corrupting it completely. In a document they claim to make it available in base64 but that is simply not true. And don't ask them to put some of it in the documentation because there is no answer nor compromise.
The support chat is a terrible experience, because the agent seems not very well trained in tech issues like hashes, and only seems to repeat what other people are telling him to say.
?Why don't you want to document the RFC3161 feature properly and with transparency in order to make it a feature that a business with this legal requirement can depend on you?
