I've lost all my contacts, copy, automations and marketing materials.
Due to US sanctions some IT services have to leave countries like Russia, Belarus and Iran. Even if my business is not registered in Russia and I may only have some customers from Russia, I understand when companies like Manychat decide to suspend an account.
But why the hell can't you send a notification before the deletion process? Why I just wake up one day and realise that everything I worked on for the last few years is gone.
Notion, Coda, Slack and other products have left. No problems. But at least they gave a few weeks to prepare and download the data.
Manychat with it's attitude to their users is a horrible example of customer experience. Good luck with that.
