I tried a lot of faceswap softwares/apps that promised to produce a side-view image/video from a front view photo. The results were dismal, so I was very excited by the result of the faceswap video produced by Magic Hour. Congratulations!
On the side I run a small Instagram for my local basketball league. I used Magic Hour to make some creative NBA edits turning players into their favorite characters. They loved it and we're going to keep using it to feature each player.
I created a short-form reels channel using AI generated content. Magic Hour generated some of the most engaging clips I made and I'll be sure to keep using it in the future
I've tried Runway, Pika, Kaiber, and Magic Hour. What set Magic Hour apart was its versatility in terms of different modes. It's like a playground that you can spend hours in.
I tried Magic Hour and had a delightful experience. Face Swap is an interesting, if not mind melting experience, and Video to Video was quite a fun way to restyle videos in my camera roll.
As an NBA fan who's been following your socials and is also an AI creator, it's been awesome tinkering with your product and making my own AI video highlights over the past few months. I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to dive into the AI video space.
Good complement to MidJourney. My workflow: create an image in MidJourney. Input it in Text-to-Video or Animation in Magic Hour. Good for generating scenes as part of a short video.
I tried it after seeing it on Product Hunt and made a really fun music video to my favorite band's latest track. Felt compelled to say it surpassed my expectations.
At first, I was skeptical. There have been dozens of AI video apps launched this year and they all do the same text-to-video generation. What was different here was the UX. Magic Hour takes a thoughtful approach to giving you a toolset, and then making it easy for you to take baby steps towards using them. For non-AI techies, this is a godsend.
Thanks for the kind words Alexander. You're spot on that UX is the key when it comes to tools with such wide ranging possibilities. We're still figuring it out but glad you noticed.
