Honestly, my biggest take away from working with chris/adam through the loops trial is that they just get what i'm trying to do.
We (Clerk) migrated over from intercom to ortto (formerly autopilot) and are now on loops for our changelogs and outbound email campaigns.
The editing experience is much smoother, the quality of support is ridiculously high and the future roadmap plans will enable me to bring a higher level of design and polish to our emails without having to jenga with these archaic tools. Love it so far!
