- The website is very unclear about what can be used for free for an experimentation and what requires a subscription. I organized a 1st roundtable as a test and thought i was in a free trial : after 15mn, Livestorm told me it could expel everyone in 5mn if I did not pay. I never had this information before. I found myself paying 120EUR for a month whereas I am not convinced by the tool.
- The app is complex to understand and requires to invest time to understand it.
- For a roundtable, the question system is complex to understand - and hardly accessible to people who are on their phone.
- I find it globally uneasy, not intuitive, and expensive, and I will go back to Zoom and GMeet in general, Teams for corporates.
We use it for webinars with big companies (no need to install an app, so great for us). It's very easy to use, very intuitive. The team is always sensitive to our question, even if we are a small company. We are currently testing the new feature : the meeting room, works perfectly.
We moved to Livestorm in spring 2018, and have loved it from the first day. We run 2-3 webinars every week, and it simply works perfectly. Can't recommend this tool enough!
I'm following this product since the early days. It's crazy to see how it has evolved in a great way. This is one of the solutions that I recommend every time someone is looking for webinar software.
