No answer from support. Issue on Windows & mac
Hi, I took out a lifetime subscription 15 days ago, and I've since tried to install your Liar Liar application on MacOs and Windows and I've received error messages on both operating systems. I sent an email to support 14 days ago, still no reply?
I was genuinely impressed by the AI's performance once I started using it. It has become an invaluable tool for addressing any uncertainties during meetings and sales calls. Its assistance has proven to be consistently helpful, making it a valuable asset in my workflow.
I am familiar with the management team, and they have demonstrated outstanding professionalism!

Hello Maria! We are sorry to hear that you've had a bad experience with our app. Just so you know, we are always available to assist you and help you out in running it as smoothly as possible. From our end, we can assure you that the signs and indicators the AI captures are not random at all, and are solely based on computer vision. We can also assure you that the accuracy of the signs and heart rate capturing is very high with almost any video stream or even low-quality web cameras.
We admit there's lots of work ahead to be done on improving the accuracy of the Truth Meter, so please keep in mind that this is just the 0.0.2 version of the app. Based on the useful feedback from beta users such as yourself we have identified how to improve both the accuracy, and user experience of the app, and we are working on those updates.
If you wouldn't want to wait for the updates to roll out gradually within the next couple of months, we are offering a no-explanation refund to anyone who requests it, so just let us know via the customer support email.
We are still hoping that you stick around and are open to chatting with us about how you see the app improving for yourself and your use case, as this would give us a better understanding of your needs.
