Congrats on the launch! It's a great idea that will definitely simplify issue tracking in teams. However, my team and a lot of the companies I have worked at use discord as it's primary communication channel. Would love to see this have discord support as well, will definitely use it then; keep me updated!
I'm a customer facing user of Jeli and the amount of insight I get into what's happening / has happened, the automatically created slack channels and the incidents page in Jeli are amazing to stay abreast of what's happening on our own product/platform from the field!
