I haven't used Pictory yet, but it looks like it might be more customisable than InVideo. I think Pictory might have a better UI. They both seem to build on stock footage but as I said, it looks like you might be able to manipulate Pictory videos better. One monetary cost at a time though. I think Pictory GUI rather than text prompt may help improve outcomes.

Review of InVideo
Invideo is Most Excellent Platform for Creators, Video Marketers to Building Engaging Videos.
Free version - They have some bugs and the video creation is very limited but does what is expected.
Paid version - It gives premium images, you can remove some watermarks which is better but it's a drag and drop video creation, it does simple jobs but not even close to a professional video, especially for non video creators, like myself.
