Cohort based networking is great, and it really helps that there's an integrated job portal that avoids random applications and helps employers find quality candidates relatively quickly.
Cohort based networking had helped me to connect me with my fellow IT professionals which had helped me in understanding latest trends, find latest jobs and also help me share ideas to this community.
Very good platform for building professional networks
Its very easy to use and the cohort which i found very relatable with your profession a feature which I haven't noticed in any other website.
