I have been with Heights for about 2 years now. What I like about Heights is it's dependability and efficient functionality. They do continuously improve and update their program, but it is always methodical and well thought out. They are also very good about questioning their current customers about the updates they need and then utilizing a sample of their customer base to refine the new feature.
One thing that has impressed me was their early adoption of AI into Heights Platform. They were focused on making it an AI tool that was intuitive and learned each creator's material to offer real tailored feedback, not just a generic Chat GPT knock-off. They have also been extremely focused on keeping each creator's AI experience in their own little "universe" so that you did not have to worry about any proprietary or "secret" material getting blended into the Heights AI for anyone else. I am very excited to see what Heights AI2 will bring.
Heights is not an all-in-one platform like Kajabi or some others, but they don't have the all-in-one platform pricing, either. I was very surprised as I began to more fully utilize their program how much it did truly offer to the digital creator once your subscribers (free or paid) were on your platform. Everything most creators need to keep their customers satisfied and reduce churn is there.
During the time I have been with Heights they have greatly enhanced the Community aspect of the platform, and the new AI2 release is supposed to help the creator with community engagement. I am really looking forward into diving into this aspect of the new release. They have also greatly enhanced the website/landing page builder aspect of the program during the time I have been with them, and this AI2 release also is supposed to have AI features to even further improve this area.
The bottom line is that Heights is my main platform that supports probably 80% of what I do to keep the course and community offering to my members up and running on a daily basis. I don't have a very big member base at this point, but in reality, I could easily scale with Heights Platform and never have to look elsewhere for the vast majority of my creator needs, which is exactly what I plan to do.
