I admit that I didn't join the strategy call (a free complimentary call) but it was clearly mentioned in the email that it's either going to be me or someone from my team. I see that your subscription was red flagged by our systems. Hence, we decided to refund your payment. Here is the screenshot: Since we are using fingerprint technology to activate our users, your IP fingerprint is under our “risk radar”. This may be due to unknown/multiple reasons and in order to protect our system from any fraudulent payment. We did ask you for details of your company and registration details. The information given by you was Citadel Stoner Ltd, but your LinkedIn says you are an employee of Deloitte. Hence, you did not pass our verification system. Regarding the bugs, you were restricted from our platform the day you signed up. We don’t see any query/concern about the platform. Hence, I’m not sure about your experience with the platform. Also, Gopu told me that he took a long 1-hour call to help you with cold outreach strategy and worked out a plan for your cold outreach system. However, you were expecting us to manage the whole process at a price which was not acceptable for us. You never reached out to us regarding this before putting a negative review about us.
