Excellent product. I'm using it to centralize all my business data. Grist has a solid future. Blasting fast, amazing community, amazing support, very powerful feature set.
This is the most revolutionary app I've used for my elementary school's data management. Easy to use and incredibly powerful and flexible. The learning curve is minimal for the non-engineers in my team. They're used to Excel and Sheets so they don't have to learn a whole new UI to see and search data. The devs in the team have access to the API so we've been able to integrate it seamlessly into our Customer Portals so that the backend is basically a collection of Google Sheets while the front end is a full-featured Web App. What a revolution this has been!
Incredible product, simple as a spreadsheet and powerful as a database, I've been using it for over a year with spreadsheets/tables with more than 100k records working perfectly, highly recommended.
If you're scrambling around with multiple spreadsheets or considering expensive database software that nobody in your organization will know how to use, then stop! Grist is a great solution for data management, whether a solopreneur or a large size company.
Grist is flexible, has a structure similar to spreadsheets (so it's easy to use) and supports multiple users that can work in tandem. We made the switch from a Google Sheets/ Airtable combination and are glad that we did!
It's Very different from airtable though, much more suited for data analysis and Business Management. They also have a very supportive team and community.
