If I need some kind of simple and quick spreadsheet, it's always Google Sheets.
Even if it’s not very simple. For example with formulas, etc.
I used to use Excel, but now I only use Google Sheets

Good for simple needs, but still not sure why so popular. More flexibility and functions with Excel (especially VBA), but both have some issues. Everyday use, great, more complex use, not as good.
