LOVE this tool. I work with a lot of start-ups and post-seed legal techs, and this tool is REMARKABLY good for organizing and tracking fundraising efforts. Already recommending this to my clients.

It is an awesome product. We canceled all of the other subscriptions we had (one of them was DocSend) because Memo replaces all of them and it's much easier to show your story to whoever is trying to learn more about you and your company.
We are currently a part of Techstars and I would recommend it to any founder that is building something - I would give it 10/10
I was lucky enough to even get a product demo directly from the founder - can't get better than that!
I tried using Memo, but the sites have been down every time. I'll try again to see if it's been fixed so I can update my review, hopefully.

Working collaboratively with 10 startup in an accelerator top bring their IM to life is super easy using Build Memo. Particularly helpful is all the examples in the templates.

Memo is changing the way Startups raise money. The platform is very easy to use and intuitive. Raising money is already a very time consuming process. I get hours back every time I use memo because my communication with investors is now streamlined. Even better, using memo reflects positively on me and my startup when investors engage with us through the platform. Memo has raised the bar and I can't recommend it highly enough!

We’re using this a LOT at Techstars. Great product, great team, fast feature rollouts too.

My team and I first stumbled upon Memo after applying to TechStars. Memo is extremely helpful in organizing your thoughts and refining the substance needed for investor pitches. I think the examples and flow really helped tighten our information up. It's also a live document so as your company gains traction it can be tweaked without starting from scratch. I plan to use this throughout the duration of our start-up. We had one issue with the updates not saving but the Memo team responded to us and corrected the problem in under 24 hours; it has not happened since. That's killer customer support in my opinion. Try it out if you have a start up!

We've been using Memo for the better part of two quarters and it has been an excellent tool in our toolbox. By combining both the collaborative and easy to use interface of Notion + the shareability and control of Docusend, we've found it super easy to get started and get the insights we needed to improve our investor outreach over time. Highly recommend this for anyone who's starting out on the fundraising journey to get over mental blocks and have the ball rolling with investors in a simple and organized framework.
