Focusmate helps users combat procrastination by breaking down tasks into smaller, manageable chunks. The structured work sessions encourage users to start working on their tasks and make progress gradually, leading to a sense of accomplishment and momentum. I simply love the idea of Focusmate.
I have now logged more than 5,000 sessions on Focusmate, and it's absolutely helped my business grow. It's helped me work with more joyful productivity :)
The upcoming features list are well prioritized!
I find Focusmate to be a fantastic productivity tool, truly revolutionizing the way I maintain focus and complete tasks, and its collaborative element adds a fun, social aspect to work! 😊
I love the idea. Have been on and off focusmate for a few years and can't overstate the amount of value I got productivity-wise. It's changed the way I work and have discovered that breaks are of utmost importance. Love the UI and the idea is awesome and seemingly infinitely scalable. Always recommend this to friends struggling with their productivity.
Focusmate is an amazing tool if you need an accountability partner for your tasks. The UI is easy to use and the community is nice and easy to get along with.
Love love LOVE Focusmate! I've been using it for 18 weeks and am averaging 26.4 sessions per week. Wooo!
Feature idea/request #3: Give users the ability to book a session with a specific user *when that other user doesn't already have a session scheduled.* And doing so could trigger a tentative calendar invite to the invited partner, which they could accept or decline.
For example, one of my favorites is named Matt; if he and I are in a session right now and agree "hey, this was great; wanna work together the same time tomorrow?", within Focusmate's current build, I would have to book a session first, then give Matt the green light to go in and book that session. But it would be super useful if I could just go ahead and book a session for both of us, even if the session is tentative by default for Matt.
