This product is subpar, and the creator has a history of using indie SaaS products, finding obscure and unreasonable reasons to demand refunds, and threatening disputes if not granted. This behavior is the antithesis of what the SaaS community stands for. We should stand up against individual bully like this who exploit smaller developers.
