This playbook is a treasure trove of 100 thoughtfully curated prompts that elevate your communication game. Craft engaging and personalised messages effortlessly and tailoring them to individual customer needs. The convenience of having all prompts in one place sparks inspiration, line of thoughts and creativity. It's like a secret weapon, empowering CSMs to communicate with confidence.
While I haven't explored this entire collection, we've already experienced the potential of using ChatGPT beyond just tech-related tasks, but the trick is to have the right (never ending experiment!) "Prompts".

Taking tons of product screenshots and inserting them carefully into product docs is a nightmare. And updating the docs for a new feature or improvement is even harder. I went from creating docs and demos over multiple days to a few MINUTES with Floik! Recommend all product managers and customer success folks to check it out.

Congrats on the Floik launch @vartika_bansal1 and @vidyasankar! Super relevant use case and definitely something that is left wanting with other demo creator products. Are there any ways this could be used for prototyping/demo creation using Figma etc. or any plans to incorporate that in the near future?

Regarding your question, Floik supports showcasing Figma designs. By opening Figma in a Chrome tab, you can capture your design using Floik. The platform offers various engagement types, like guides, interactive demos, and explainer videos, to present your design in different ways.
In interactive demos, you can use our rich text editor to provide context for each click, helping your clients understand the design as they navigate through it. While we do not have direct Figma integration at the moment, we are actively exploring ways to enhance our platform's capabilities.

We are using Floik for our knowledge base articles, creating user guides, and the engagement metrics for these artefacts are significantly better than from any other tools that we have tried! Can't wait to see what else these folks bring up!
