My meditation journey has been rough, tried different products and take the premium plans but the result has not been the most impactful. Everytime I'm looking to meditate, it was always dreadful, it's one of those things that you do for the sake of doing it. It's only been 7 days and I felt FitMind changes the way I view meditation. I keep coming back to it, feeling so curious, I want to learn more. The scientific explanation really helps to set the "why" and thus convince me to improve. I even listen to their podcasts which are a great additional collection of knowledge on top of the foundation the app is building. I just took the monthly premium plan (thanks goodness they don't only offer yearly plan because it sucks) and continue to learn more from Liam and others.
