I use Fathom on all my sales calls and I can't tell you how many times I review the calls. The transcribing works great also, and I can easily search through calls for the exact details I need.
Congrats on the launch!
We love it but it currently crashes on our Teams calls. I'll update to 5-stars if they fix it.
Great tool, notes for the free version could be a bit better and sometimes the records are missing, but it happened only 1-2 times when they had some problems.
The tool is great! I thought it would only provide notes, like transcribing the meeting, but it includes video as well. This is so helpful!
