Loved the product so much that I became a pro customer almost immediately. It keeps my notes synched between phone, tablet, laptop and desktop so that I look like a magician pulling rabbits out of my hat for customers. I depend upon it and use it many times per day. Sure, some of their competitors have more bells and whistles, but it would take a lot of convincing to move me to another product.
They stopped innovating and now their competition does what they do better.
I just looked up my oldest note, which is from August 1, 2006! I use Evernote for all of my notes with the exception of shared family shopping lists. It is literally my brain. I can look up briefing notes from a company I interviewed a year ago on the fly and ask for an update on an initiative they mentioned. My travel ticklers, recipes, saved shopping items -- everything goes into Evernote. I happily pay for the upgrade!
