The onboarding process through Slack was a breeze, I love it! Our organization is small and we're moving fast. I am thinking about Slack overload, and how to fit Kona in to our team, as we're using Geekbots for daily updates (Definitely more business related), and context switches are expensive.

The daily pulse check-ins don’t feel intrusive, and I’m impressed with how actionable the data is. The manager coaching feature stands out—it feels like having an HR coach in your back pocket.
