I used to manage my clients ecom stores with woocommerce but looking at my overall experience I made move to Dukaan. Registering with Dukaan was a simple task. Their detailed knowledgebase & tutorials makes the job a lot more easier.
Store Customization : I was able to choose between different themes depending on business category. Theme customization seemed to be limited which should be improved. Otherwise theme and product pages are well designed & mobile friendly as well.
Products & Order Management : I was able to add products through readymade catalogue, bulk upload products through excel sheet or from scratch. Product name, images, category, discounts, size & colour based variation options are available.
Order Acceptance, Dukaan delivery (Shipping) & Order Management via Dukaan Mobile App saves a lot of hassle. It also offers ability to generate discount coupons or buy 1 get 1 offers.
Analytics and Tools : Analytics shows total orders, sales, avg. order value, returns, sales by region & different traffic sources. I was amazed to see Dukaan has their own set of Marketing toolkit with Whatsapp & SMS Broadcast, Instagram & Fb Ads & creating promotional designs.
Plugins Library : Similar to WordPress plugins, it enhances store capabilities. As Dukaan is allowing third parties to develop plugins for better integrations, it open up endless opportunities for their fast growth and adding different features like SEO, Customer Helpdesk, Email marketing etc.
Customer Management : Shows customers, their order history and personal details. This would be helpful for customer analysis, personalized product promotions, browser notifications.
Notable Features : Custom domain, customized checkout fields, distance and pincode based shipping & delivery management, android app, product description generator & a nearly whitelabled experience for our customers.
