Purchased items on 5/6/23. I made sure I turned off the auto ship/subscription. 6/6/23 comes around and magically my subscription is active again. I emailed back within 3 hours of being sent a confirmation email and was told it was to late. Cirkul will not take items back or provide a refund. I also called and customer service was a joke.
There are pros and cons…mostly cons. There is a large assortment of flavors to choose from -and I’ve tried several, but to me there are only a few really good flavors. My favorites are the sweet tea and lemon, coconut pineapple, fruit punch, and white cherry. The flavored coffees taste disgusting. You can only barely taste the whatever the flavor (like caramel) - no coffee taste at all and it’s very artificial. I tried to drink the pure sips (unsweerened) blah yuck. This bottle constantly bubbles at the top unless you actually suck every time after you take a drink. As if that’s not bad enough it makes the most annoying and loud slurping sound. Almost like a snotty nose sound when you are drinking from it. The sound actually grosses my SIL out. I have found if you put your finger over the tiny hole in the lid the sound isn’t that bad. There is the little wedge that supposedly holds the lid back out of the way while you are drinking. That thing is useless. You are getting a big gulp and when you least expect it WACK your lid has sprung free from that wedge and smacked you across your lower cheek close to your lip. It’s so annoying and sometimes uncomfortable. The delivery time is also unacceptable and DON’T pay extra for expedited delivery because you get it in the same time as normal delivery. My flavors seem to last longer than the other reviews I’ve read but I think it’s because I keep the setting on 2-3. It’s weird but these drinks actually make me thirsty so after I finish a bottle I’ll drink a bottle at 0 just to feel hydrated. I’m beginning to think whatever artificial sweetener they use causes dehydration because when I drink other flavored waters I don’t get this thirsty. Will I be reordering? Not sure. But I sure do like their tea. Lol
I had the same issue as many others. Ordered and it took forever. Tracking didn’t work and brought up an error. When emailing them it took days to respond and I was told the product arrived. It did not and I emailed them back to tell them. It was finally found laying near my yard and was broken because they package it in a plastic bad with no protection. If you purchase from Walmart it comes in a nice box. Im wanted that to them as well after I found it. I was told that their policy is to provide proof of purchase and a sales receipt since I did not purchase from their website. I asked them if they even read my complaints because it was about their shipping the bottle to me? I was then asked to provide pictures that it was broken. At this point I told them they need the money apparently more than I do and this hustle wasnt worth my time so just keep the money! I told them their customer service was lacking and a joke! Their response was thanks and let us know if you’d like to place another order! Really?
Loved it at first. I was drinking a lot more water. Now, the cartridges dont even last like they used to. I cannonly get maybe 2 dottles full of water on level 2-3. I used to be able to get 6-7 bottles of water w flavor. Waste of money these days.
I ordered some watermelon cartridge's and they should have been at my house by now. U can't get ahold of anyone about it and when I go to my email and try to track it of course it throws up an error. So not only is it late but there's no updates and no way to contact anyone. This is crappy customer service for a company that claims to be for their customers. The cartridges I have bought does run out very quick and it leaks out most the time. This is too high to do this crap.
I ordered one in late April early May and its now July and still haven't received it or my 1 month subscription that I payed for. And don't do refunds.
The taste is horrible! I ordered 7 flavors hoping to fall in love with one, but no! I can not handle the after taste (taste like prenatal pills) !! Also way to long for delivery i got it a week AFTER the estimated delivery time!
Flavors taste too artificial. Just glorified mio with extra steps. I also opened one of my sips and it was WET. Definitely made me super nervous, and being pregnant I didn't want to take any risks with bacteria or mold. I used their chat feature to attempt to get a refund, but they offered me a free exchange instead. I ended up just getting a refund from my credit card company. Highly do not recommend.
