I've found AlDente to be a real lifesaver. It's simple to use and helps me manage my battery life effectively. I love setting a max charge limit, which helps extend my battery's lifespan. Plus, it gives me useful info about my battery's health.
There are some compatibility issues with certain Mac models, and the Pro version's cost might not be for everyone. But overall, it's a great tool that's become a part of my daily Mac usage. I'd recommend it to any MacBook user who wants to keep their battery in top shape.

If you are using some apps like iStat Menus' Battery function, AlDente will let iStat Menus' Battery Icon switch between charging and discharging, REPEATEDLY. That's annoying.

This was an instant buy for me. The Apple battery optimization doesn't really work - it will sometimes stop at 80%, but most of the time load to 100. Also I like to adjust my own settings. Now I hope that your product works as promised. Do I have to switch on the Intel mode if I don't have a M1, or does it still work? The Intel mode feature is somehow confusing, because users don't know how and why to enable it!
