I had a terrible experience with AirParseWare. I paid for a one-month subscription, but accidentally downgraded my plan just three days in. When I reached out for assistance, I expected my subscription to remain active for the duration I had paid for. Instead, they canceled my subscription immediately, leaving me with nothing for the rest of the month.
Their support team was completely unhelpful and unresponsive, showing no interest in resolving the issue or offering any kind of goodwill gesture. It feels like they’re more interested in taking your money than providing a fair or customer-friendly experience.
I would not recommend AirParseWare to anyone. Their practices come across as unfair and predatory. If you value good service and responsiveness, look elsewhere.
