EDIT: I have found a way to chat with support in their Australian TZ. I have figured out a lot of the problems but am still working with them to resolve outstanding issues. I will increase to 2 Stars and re-edit when I have an update with my issues. They are a new company and I am betting overwhelmed with issues on such a new product.
How can all the good or otherwise reviews be valid when it HAS JUST started to ship?? I only just got my device a month or so ago and they NEVER shipped before Jan 2023. Support is awful, if you are lucky you get a reply (after the automated ack) a day or so later. Its always from the same person "May" - do they only have ONE person? Secondly the product doesnt work as advertised and the month service trial has so far been fraught with issues and a waste of time. If anyone from airbolt is reading this please get in touch !!! For instance - two devices sat on my window sill for the last few days, one reported in as being 200 miles west of me for 3 minutes and then back to my location while the second one 'did not move'. The accelerometer does not work properly and I can shake my devices like mad and get no movement warnings. Guys I know this was an Indiegogo funded product but you are actually selling these now so how come you arent acting like a real company and supporting your customers.... my email is rswiftDASHgeneralATusaDOTnet

Good little tracker. Bought it recently to track my dog. I didnt have a collar attachment but it was easy to fix on the collar and use the app to connect. recommended
Just received my device after my wife bought it on QVC. I originally wanted it for my dog (Larry), and it worked great for tracking while my neighbor's son took him for walks. It was fun to see the app track his progress around the block, and I was able to change how often it reported his progress. Gave me peace of mind that Larry didn't run off. I also used it on my luggage when I traveled down to San Diego as well, and it was really fun seeing a notification pop up when my bag was being taken off the plane. This device is small and has a ton of different uses. I love that it's rechargeable as well. I would highly recommend this! DP
Cool product, started using it this year and had good experience. Its small and has really nice design. Easy connects to the app and shows you real life location. Pretty seamless

User Having waited over 2 years to receive my Airbolt GPS I am disappointed that it will not connect to Cell in the UK at present. No offer of either a replacement or a refund. They just ignore you. It's is currently nothing more than an expensive key ring charm.
Shocking
I have been using their tracking product for about 6 months now. After trying a few, AirBolt has so far, surpassed the others with the flexibility the tracker offers however, I felt the web platform was missing satellite view and simply asked support if it was available. At that point they replied it wasn't but took my request on board. 2.5 months later, I got a surprise email from them, saying they implemented my request and rolled it out. It is not often I have come across a company who takes requests from customers seriously. 5 stars AirBolt.
This review will be as informative and quick as I can make it:
I bought two of those and none will pair with any of the phones at home.
The apps* crash and don't track the AirBolts.
Currently (may 2023) simply worthless.
* You need to join the beta for one of the two apps (why are there 2 different Airbolt apps?).
