My eSim card worked initially, and then stopped after about 1 day of use. Support attempted to be helpful to get the eSim functioning for me (however, if it worked at first.. I'm not sure what could have happened). We tried for about a week back and forth via email, which was also extremely tough as I am travelling WITHOUT data at this point, with no luck. They then would not consider a refund as 'I had used the plan' - for about 1 day let me reiterate, and that they could see consistent usage (completely false) - basically calling me a liar.
They will not honour any sort of refund or accept any sort of fault here. I am travelling in a group with friends who have eSims from other providers, and they have had no troubles at all. I would seriously recommend shopping around before trying Airalo, especially after my customer service experience.
