They are absolutely horrible. Haven't used them for a long time and when I do they changed there name from ADYOUNEED to this adcreative name probably because of the backlash of there terrible service and of course no notification about the change so it took awhile to find and confirm the account.. Gotta love it! When I tried logging in, I couldn't even though I have an account but it kept asked me to put in card information even though I had an active account. The system is so glitchy that when it attempts to login everything is there but boots you out because it thinks you don't have an account. When I tried connecting with customer service someone named Aoife handled my issue in the worst way possible. I got a response every 10 mins or so and when I did hear from this person they asked me what is happening over and over again with delayed responses for more than an hour. When I sent the screenshot of the free trial, which literally says nothing since I mentioned it multiples times for an HOUR, she said "oh I see the problem now" I almost lost it. And after an hour, no more than an hour at this point she finally tried sending me to someone. Goes without saying the customer service is EXTREMELY BAD!!!! Did I mention they didn't know they disabled there other website and redirected it to the new site???? An hour and a half later and I get a response telling me I can't login because it's not the right site??? No duhhhhh I said that over an hour ago asking if this was possibly the issue and would you believe there was no response about it. Long story short I'm writing as I'm going through the issue but I'm done it's going on two hours now. Just avoid! The backend developers and customer service don't even know what's going on with their own site. Everything all around is terrible!!
