I have never seen a more poorly and negligently run business than Airhouse. They couldn’t correctly count inventory (even when we asked for recounts), lost large amounts of inventory on multiple occasions, rarely shipped packages on time, had system malfunctions that sent out many incorrect shipping numbers to customers, lost us so many customers due to their terrible shipping issues, never took responsibly for anything, couldn’t get us an invoice or even estimates of the pricing when we asked, and so on and so forth.
Never work with this company. They are seriously awful.
