Zest is an app that uses AI to give you personalized longevity protocols and the most accurate biological age test on the market. Combined with home blood testing and supplements, Zest is a complete end-to-end solution for longevity.
We started Zest to solve two big problems in longevity science.
1 - People just want to be told what to do. They want to live longer, healthier lives but don't have time to personally do all the research. They just want a trusted source of information to give them a personalised daily longevity protocol.
2 - Tracking progress is really difficult. Plenty of people spend thousands on supplements, bloodwork, nutritionists, personal trainers etc. and have no idea if it's even working or is worth the money. They need a way to accurately track their age on the inside.
The solution: Our team of medical doctors and longevity scientists have built this tracking app which tells you exactly what to do each day to maximise your healthy lifespan.
We also have our own AI-backed biological age score which is the most accurate on the market. The more you interact with the platform, the more accurate your biological age score, and the more personalised your longevity protocol.

@juliacooney this is great idea and I am glad it's being tackled by a doctor and not some techie. As others have said, it would be nice to read more about the science behind this service.
This is very good idea, I like this combination of real blood analysis and AI to improve our health. Congratulations on your launch!
P.S.
Since you are a Doctor, I suggest you to put together pitch deck and immediately try to raise some money from angels and VCs to scale this quickly.
Your approach to providing a personalized daily longevity protocol and accurately tracking biological age is great. I recently read 'Outlive' by Dr. Peter Attia, and it piqued my interest in longevity science. Have you read it?
This sounds great! But I'm missing links to the research, e.g. to back up the claim about the most accurate biological age test.
PS You should link your website directly, not just the Appstore.
@konrad_sx May I also mention for @juliacooney that it's a good practice to also link back from your website to your launch. This has 2 positive side effects:
1) You can show your regular website visitors that you are launching on ProductHunt
2) Give Hunters the ability to get back to your launch with one click
Congrats on the launch! Design looks really great.
Longevity has been a topic I’ve been trying to familiarize myself with more and more lately. I’m curious to what scientific studies you’ve all been targeting as the most beneficial areas?
Great concept! How does the app ensure the accuracy of its biological age test, and can you explain how the personalized protocols adapt over time based on user data?
Congrats on the launch! Thank you for sharing information about Zest.
The concept is fascinating, and it seems like it addresses key issues in the field of longevity science. I have a few questions regarding the product:
What specific metrics and data points does Zest track to determine whether a user's health and longevity are improving?
Given that the app collects sensitive health data, what measures are in place to ensure the privacy and security of user information?
Zest looks like such a fascinating tool for your health. I am a big fan of WHOOP, a fitness tracker, and I used to be a big fan of Viome, a gut microbiome test that also estimated your biological age. However, delivering to Australia required significant costs, so we stopped using the product.
As a question, how expensive is using this product? What is the science underpinning the project? How is AI used to support this project?
