Never blow your gifting budget on subscription fees again. Zest is the best way to reward, incentivize, and surprise everyone from cold leads to loyal customers without big fees and time-consuming processes standing in your way.
Hi PH community, long-time lurker, first-time poster here!
I am thrilled to introduce you all to Zest. We set out to make sending and receiving gifts online more delightful for everybody involved, and through a combination of listening to our users and examining the data, we found a huge opportunity in B2B gifting.
Right now, there's too much gate-keeping in the world of B2B gifting. Why should anybody have to spend so much π°οΈ time (months of negotiating) and πΈ money (literally tens of thousands of dollars) before they can even send their first gift through the existing platforms?
We may be biased but we think there's a better approach, and at Zest we want to give everybody the opportunity and tools to run world-class B2B gifting campaigns:
ποΈ Gift anything - send high-quality products, gift cards, and branded swag to create great connections, start conversations, show care, and build trust.
π Branded gifts and experiences - build your branded e-gifting experience in just a few clicks. Add finishing touches like logos, colors, and templated or personalized gift notes before sending.
π Choose how and when to send your gifts - digitally deliver via email or link or ship directly to an address with total control of timing.
π Keep an eye on all the stuff you're sending - track acceptance rates, package statuses, and campaign spend to glean insights and fine-tune your tactics.
Right now, youβre probably asking βthat sounds great and all, but whereβs the catch: how are YOU gate-keeping?β. Well the answer is weβre trying our darndest not to! And to reinforce that, weβve aligned Zest's success with your success:
π€ We make money when gifts are sent - that's it. And we believe that features that make it easier for you to send gifts should be free, not gated. Why would we shoot ourselves in the foot?
π Get started without talking to us - we love talking with our users, but we understand that sometimes (most of the time?) you don't want to have to talk to us to get started.
π We heard from our customers that they used to spend up to $30,000 in platform access fees alone. This makes it incredibly easy for us to swoop in and boost your gifting ROI: take all that money and spend it on gifts instead of flushing it down the drain. Easy peasy!
Okay, Iβll stop ranting now. Give Zest a shot, and Iβd love to hear your thoughts, feelings, comments, feedback, questions, support, memes, really anything, in the comments! My whole job today is listening and responding to you π
We are using Zest at Roam for gifting and it's going great. Simple to get going, highly customizable, and completely delightful for the recipients. Run, don't walk! ππ»ββοΈ
Congratulations on launch! I really like the product.
Curious on what you do when customer enters a wrong email (accidentaly) and pays for the gift, but the receipient has accepted the gift?
Thanks, @gigapotential! That's a good question:
If the gifter realizes it quickly enough, we can always jump in and correct it before anything gets shipped out. In practice, most people realize that this is a possibility and double- and triple-check everything to make sure that it's going to the right person before sending. π
@nishant_modi that's a great point π
It's almost impossible for the general public to compare per gift prices on Zest vs. the other B2B gifting platforms because of the lack of transparency (you'd need to pay those huge platform fees to our competitors to even see their gift prices), but we find that ours are typically less than or equal to theirs.
Congrats on the launch - this looks awesome π
Just an idea: down the line it could be great to hook this up with a printing fulfilment option to be able to send notes/business cards etc to get a low-cost but tangible item sent to someone. I'd buy!
Love that idea, @roganjscs! We currently support custom printed flyers, etc. but we do it through our concierge gifting services. Would be very compelling to automate and open that up to everybody! π
