When Zenkit Projects is a product on its own: Can it also do everything Base can, or is it tailored more towards project management only?
@heikohaller It can't do absolutely everything Base can, but it can do things that Base can't and it's built to be used explicitly for project management.
For example, the dashboard that shows your and your teams tasks due today/this week/all, and the progress across all projects is exclusive to Projects. As are the reports and global views, as well as the resource planning function. Some of these features may make their way into Base, however which ones, when, how, etc is still to be decided.

"Base" is a universal tool, which can be used for everything, including project management.
"Projects" is designed specifically for projects. That makes it possible to add "heavy" PM features like:
- global Kanban Boards,
- Reports,
- Resource-Management etc.

I feel like the Zen suite start to be a bit confusing as many products share the same functionality but missing crucial functions across products. Will the task in project work with the two way gcal sync? I find that function to be invaluable, but it's very weird that you can only sync tasks from the base product and not from the tasks product or any other. Most logical would be tasks from all products->Zenkit tasks->syncs with calendar?
Excellent user-support UX ! There’ a plethora of business management tools but Zenkit’s features seem to make collaboration easy!
