Great! Sounds like a real treasury of knowledge! *_* Congratulations on the launch! ^_^ Could you tell me please, is it devoted to absolute beginners, or is it more ''tips and tricks'' oriented?:))
Hey People!
I am Prashant, a product manager by heart and currently in the journey of building a home for product managers to build wonderful products together with their users and stakeholders.
In our building journey, we did lots of research around product-led growth and thought why not share our learnings and findings in the form of a free e-book. And that's what we're doing with this launch.
In this e-book, you will find foundations of product-led growth, concepts, strategies, and real-world examples.
We hope this inspires someone out there in their product-building journey. If you have any feedback or suggestions, happy to hear them as well.
Made with product love and heart,
Thank you, ❤️
I think it's great that you've put this together and offered it to people for free. My only feedback is a fair amount of the content is quite vague or generic - I was hoping to see more data and details for each case study.
For example, with Pinterest you write:
• User experience: Pinterest offers features that improve the overall product for the user.
• Goal-orientedness: Pinterest sets growth goals that the entire company aims to achieve.
• Collaboration: PMs, designers, and developers work in collaboration to add features
I would say these are true for any company.
I think this is a great starting point and you can evolve it into a big marketing engine for your site once it's developed more. I would recommend reading Andrew Chen's The Cold Start Problem - it's an incredible book from based on his learnings at a16z, watching companies like Zoom, Slack and Airbnb grow.
Good luck :)
@rory_sadler_trumpet Thanks a lot Rory and I thoroughly agree. Cold Start by Andrew Chen PLG by Wes Bush are great.
This is our first ebook and feedback rightly taken.
We would try to go more in depth in next one.
Thanks a lot for your feedback@rory_sadler_trumpet
As you've mentioned, it's a starting point, and we'll definitely work on this to make it more detailed and valuable.
Thanks again for your comprehensive feedback 😊
This is awesome 🙌
Congrats on the launch 🎉

Update: After reading it completely, I didn't find enough value in it. There's nothing surprising or new that a marker/founder doesn't already know.
