This is a huge step forward for automation! Zapier was already a powerhouse, but adding AI-driven Agents takes it to another level, especially for handling more dynamic, multi-step processes. I can see this being a really big thing for lead qualification, support ticket triaging, and even content repurposing.

@david_amrani there's templates, but the cool part with Agents is that you can just describe what you want to automate with AI. It's such a gamechanger!
@leo_at_zapier Thanks for the response! We've been developing in this space too and found natural language interfaces do help, but there's still a knowledge gap in understanding what's possible to automate. I'll keep an eye out and see how you all manage to bridge that gap.

It’s impressive to see how far automation tools have come. The ability to create custom AI agents that work across so many apps will definitely be useful for SaaS, particularly for lead qualification and content management. I’m a bit more skeptical about using them for customer support, but with some oversight, I can see how they could save a significant amount of time. I’m curious to see how these features evolve. Kudos to the team!
Already love Zapier for all our webhook integrations. Makes the most sense to use Zapier for agents too since we're already so integrated with them.
