During the lockdown in March 2020 in San Francisco, my husband and I didn't leave our studio apartment for 2 weeks.
Now, what did I do to stay sane?
I started by scribbling down 3 daily habits on a piece of paper and putting it up on the wall behind our laptops. As the day went on and I finished the habits, I reached for the paper and crossed off each checkbox.
My husband joined, and every weekend we thought about which daily goals we could add to our habit trackers.
On the third week (when we finally made it out of our apartment), I decided to build an app that would generate a printable PDF for a whole month, and I launched a free app called Youtine /juΛtin/ to help others develop daily routines and stay accountable.
Since then, over 500 habit trackers have been generated.
