it'll be full-screen, but you can resize it just like any other window.
Another tip: Scroll up or down inside a floating screenshot to adjust its transparency - great for comparing something.

This is one of my most favorite applications. It's simple; it does one job, it does it perfectly. I use it daily for years. I can warmly recommend it. One thing I miss is sync of the screenshots library.
