Easily one of the best chatbot UX flows I've seen. Delightful. And the way Yala was able to promptly tell me when my followers are most active was impressive.

@cm0nt0y4 thank you so much! πŸ™ I'm so happy you enjoy Yala's UX - we've put a lot of thought into it. @garyjoe is our UX visionary.

Could be pretty cool - does this work with, in addition to, or instead of @buffer? @yoavanaki @jbrowning
Yoav Anaki
@elizabethhunker hey Elizabeth :-) Yala is a standalone tool, so you can use it to manage all your content or just some. It's up to you! ☺️

Heya everyone πŸ‘‹ Super excited to be here on Product Hunt today. :-) Yala is a social media scheduling robot that currently works on Slack. Interacting with Yala is super simple: you send her your content and she bundles it up nicely and ships it to as many Facebook and Twitter accounts as you'd like. The clever part about Yala is her timing: she knows the best time to publish your content to maximize engagement. She also determines posting frequency, spreading out your posts throughout the week. We're building Yala because we feel social media scheduling (and, down the road, management) should be a smooth, approachable, and collaborative experience. We came up with the idea while managing a previous business - social media was an itch we had to scratch! Going full-bot means friction is kept to a bare minimum and that the interface is familiar and right there at your fingertips. Yala is absolutely free to use - monetization is a bit further down the road for us. Facebook Messenger too is coming soon if - there's a registration link for a notification on our homepage. Anyways, I'll be around all day, so feel free to ask anything you'd like. :-) Adios!

@yoavanaki are y'all getting too much traffic? I tried authorizing Twitter and just got a "Server internal error" page.
Yoav Anaki
@cm0nt0y4 whoops, sorry about that! Asking Yala for a new link ("add twitter") should solve the problem.

I was among early adopters and have been using Yala for some time now. It's a must-have bot for social media managers and everyone who handle posting to Twitter. Look forward to Facebook messenger!

Awesome! I'll use it very soon! :)
Yoav Anaki
@akdm_ Thanks Anthony!! Great to have you on board. :-)

Nice, I've been looking for something like this for awhile! Out of interest, @yoavanaki, would it be possible to make a simple web-client version of this sometime? I love Slack, but I still think it would be cool to run Yala directly from the browser.
Yoav Anaki
@laef Thanks for giving Yala a shot! Definitely agree - we're currently building a version for Facebook Messenger, which would enable use in browser. D'you think that'll work or would you prefer a standalone web app? :-)
Laef 🐢🐱
@yoavanaki I'm thinking standalone web app myself, though that's mostly because I'm not that fond of Facebook. :) Anyway, great work! I've already scheduled my first post and pondering my second!
Yoav Anaki
@laef I'd love to jam on how that might look. :-) Feel free to email me at yoav at yalabot dot com

That's exactly what our team needs!

@gleb_dvoryatkin Awesome! Thanks, Gleb! Let me know if there's anything I can do to help. :-) yoav at yalabot dot com.

Hi Yoav, Yala is super awesome, first off! The bot's easy to use and I'm certain it saves social media managers a fair bit of time. In terms of iteration, I think we'll all see you and the team adding more functionality along the road, but for now the things that Yala does do - it does very well. Cheers, best of luck. @ Everyone I'd definitely recommend you to try it out.
Yoav Anaki
@choobie3 Thanks so much, Thomas! Your feedback has been instrumental in making Yala what it is. We're definitely looking to add more features & platforms in the very near future. :-)
