hiring is always time-consuming and expensive process, good to have more tools to make it easier.

We used Xobin to help us with selecting the right front end developer. With Xobin, it took us 3 days to finalise the right candidate which would have otherwise taken easily 15 days.

@lisadziuba well, the usual time to hire a experienced resource is roughly 40 to 50 days. Phone screening, 1:1 interviews take the major chunk of time and Xobin turns that into an online interaction. So that cuts down a huge amount of time. At an average (amongst 300 customers of Xobin), people save 30 to 50 hours of senior managements time. Depending on which role and which geography you are hiring for this number could vary.

A great product, because it's platform is open to do coding in c,c++,Java and python
