Yes, but most of the games that will be released on the Xbox One, the company also releases game versions of some of those games for 360. In the end, like everything, this will come to an end. Especially as the value of the Xbox One drops as new models are released, and the next generation of gamers wanting a better 360 is dying out. They will still make games because they are not dead yet. However, they have a huge fan base. Dusty xbox one fan is what I was missing and maybe it will even help solve your problems.
