Hi! We're very excited to be sharing our new product: Xatkit for ecommerce!! Sure, most people prefer to speak with real people when they have a question, but this is not really an option for most small/medium online stores that have better things to do (including enjoying life!) than spending all day looking at the screen in case a client pops up. Xatkit makes sure you don't lose any client by assisting your visitors with customized answers taken from the content of your own shop description and configuration (right now we have a connector for WooCommerce but exploring additional ones). So nothing to code. And nothing to configure (unless you want to do so). BONUS point: Xatkit bots will help you to better know what your customers are really looking for thanks to its reporting feature. What if many visitors come to your shop hoping to buy a product you're not yet selling??
